Introduction

On January 28, 2025, a breakfast meeting was held at JC Residency, Madurai, from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM. The event was hosted by the Environmental Social Governance and Company Secretary (ESG CS Foundation) and led by its President, Mr. A.N.S. Vijay, and Joint Secretary, Mr. Sakthi Devaraj.

Participants

The meeting witnessed the participation of key individuals including:

·       Ms. Gagandeep Bhullar of Superhuman Race, an AI platform for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting for entities.

·       Mr. Senthil of Lovely Offset Printers.

·       Mr. Ravi of Ravi Electricals, Sivakasi, both being the initial founders of the Sivakasi Green Forum.

·       Mr. Kumar Duraisamy of Eastern Global Clothing, Tirupur, spearhead of Vetri Vanathukkul Tiruppur (VVT), along with VVT's volunteer, Ms. Kanmani from Tiruppur.

·       Dr. Baiju Ramachandran, Company Secretary and Lawyer from Trivandrum.

Discussions

The primary focus of the discussions was on the various green initiatives undertaken by the participants and the positive impact these initiatives have had on both the environment and society within their respective communities. The attendees shared their experiences and successes in fostering a greener and more sustainable environment.

Future Plans

Ms. Gagandeep Bhullar highlighted the future plans of Superhuman Race, particularly focusing on the development of a FREE ESG tool for the community. This tool aims to simplify and enhance ESG reporting for entities, promoting transparency and accountability in environmental and social governance.
