The Foundation is a registered trust dedicated to empowering commerce-education in the senior-secondary segment by combining AI, governance, law and startup-thinking.
It has won official recognition from the Tamil Nadu School Education Department to run the “C.A.S.T. (Commerce Aptitude & Startup Talent)” Project in the district of Virudhunagar for some 2,000 students.

The inaugural event of the project is labeled as “CAPS 2025 (Commerce Aptitude for Startups)”, scheduled for 8 November 2025 in Sivakasi, at Sri Kaliswari College.

Through this programme, the Foundation intends to:

Integrate AI-driven tools into teaching core commerce subjects and startup skills for Std XI & XII students.

Provide exposure and pathways into professional fields such as company secretaries (via CSEET), law, banking, securities, and entrepreneurship.
Award top performers with cash prizes (₹20,000 for winners) and select 250 students for free specialised mentorship for the CSEET.
They plan a follow-up phase titled “CA.R.E.S 2026 (Commerce Aptitude for Real-Career Empowered Startups)” on 28 March 2026, aiming for continued engagement beyond the pilot phase.
