The Chapter successfully organized an insightful session on the topic “Critical Aspects of Companies Act, 2013” on Monday, 10th November 2025, as a part of the 11th Batch of the Corporate Leadership Development Programme (CLDP) held from 28th October to 14th November, 2025, at the Chapter premises.
The session was conducted by CS ANS Vijay, who shared his valuable expertise and practical insights on the key provisions and emerging areas under the Companies Act, 2013. The discussion covered crucial aspects of corporate governance, compliance requirements, and the evolving role of company secretaries in ensuring legal and ethical standards in corporate functioning.
