The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Madurai Branch (SIRC), successfully organized a specialized technical session titled “MCA Sprint 2025” on 6 December 2025.


  


It was an absolute privilege to stand before the esteemed members of the ICAI Madurai Branch (SIRC) as a guest speaker. Our 3-hour "MCA Sprint 2025" session at ICAI Bhawan was truly invigorating, as we took a deep dive into the nuances of Annual ROC Filings (AOC-4 & MGT-7) and navigated the latest critical updates impacting Small Companies.

Knowledge sharing is at the heart of our profession. Engaging with such a proactive audience made the complex discussions on corporate compliance both productive and rewarding.
