On March 25, 2026, a meaningful and impactful awareness program on Self-Assessment and Career Pathways was successfully conducted at P.S. Chidambara Nadar Senior English School for the 11th and 12th grade students.

This initiative, organized by ESG CS Foundation, was led by Sakthi devaraj- Joint Secretary  and Ishvarya, who engaged students with insightful sessions focused on understanding their strengths, interests, and future career opportunities. The program aimed to help students make informed decisions about their academic and professional journeys by encouraging self-reflection and goal setting.


Through interactive discussions and practical guidance, students gained clarity on various career paths and the importance of aligning their passions with their ambitions. The session also emphasized the role of self-awareness in achieving long-term success and personal growth.
