 **Session Update – Madurai Chapter ICSI**

 

            We are pleased to share that we had the opportunity to conduct an insightful **EDP Session for         CS Executive students** at the Madurai Chapter of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.


 During the session, we covered key topics including:


        * Usage and practical aspects of the **MCA App**

        * Overview of the **Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act**

        * Emerging perspectives on **AI Laws and governance**


It was a great experience interacting with the students, sharing our knowledge, and discussing how evolving regulations and technology are shaping the role of future Company Secretaries.


🌱 As part of the ESG CS initiative, the session also highlighted the importance of **ethical governance, data protection, and responsible use of technology** in today’s corporate environment.


👏 We appreciate the active participation and enthusiasm shown by the students, making the session highly engaging and productive.
