It was a privilege for Mr. A.N.S. Vijay, Founder – ESG CS Foundation and Practising Company Secretary, ANS & Co., Sivakasi, to deliver the Inaugural Guest Lecture on "Career Opportunities in Company Secretaryship" during the inauguration of the Corporate Consortium organised by the Department of Commerce (SF & CS), Ayya Nadar Janaki Ammal College, Sivakasi.



The session focused on the evolving role of Company Secretaries, emerging career opportunities, professional growth, corporate governance, compliance, and the skills required to excel in the corporate world.



A heartfelt appreciation to the Head of the Department, faculty members, and the organising committee for the warm welcome, gracious hospitality, and excellent coordination throughout the programme.


What made the session truly memorable was the enthusiastic participation of the students. They listened attentively, raised insightful questions, clarified their career-related doubts, actively participated in the quiz session, and shared valuable feedback at the end. Their curiosity, energy, and eagerness to explore the Company Secretary profession made the interaction highly engaging and rewarding.

Such academic interactions strengthen the mission of ESG CS Foundation to create awareness about professional education and inspire commerce students to explore careers in Company Secretaryship, corporate governance, and compliance.

My sincere thanks to the Management, Principal, Head of the Department, faculty members, student coordinators, and all the participants for making this session a memorable one. Looking forward to many more opportunities to interact with the next generation of corporate professionals.
