We are delighted to share that ESG CS Foundation participated in the 3-Day Residential Conference organised by the Madurai Chapter of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), held from 10th to 12th July 2026 at Essaki Resorts, Courtallam, Tenkasi.


The conference, themed “Role of Compliance in AI Era”, brought together professionals and experts for insightful sessions covering Secretarial Standards, Income Tax, GST, SME IPO, Corporate Law, Related Party Transactions (RPT), LODR, Data Protection, AI Governance and Cyber Compliance.


As part of the conference, CS A.N.S. Vijay, Practising Company Secretary, ANS & Co., Sivakasi and Founder of ESG CS Foundation, delivered a session on:


“DPDP Compliance, AI Governance & Recent Cyber Violations”

The session focused on the growing importance of data protection and privacy compliance, responsible use of Artificial Intelligence, AI governance frameworks, emerging cyber risks and recent cyber violations, highlighting how the role of compliance professionals is evolving in the AI-driven business environment.


The conference also featured distinguished speakers and professionals sharing their expertise across various areas of corporate and regulatory compliance.
