As part of Teachers’ Week celebrations, ESG CS Foundation President CS. Dr. A.N.S. Vijay, PCS, Sivakasi, had the opportunity to conduct an informative and interactive session for the teachers of Sri Ramasamy Naidu Memorial College, Sattur on 05/09/2026.


The session was centered on “Role of Company Secretaries in the Modern Corporate World.” The session highlighted the importance of corporate governance, compliance, professional ethics, and the evolving responsibilities of Company Secretaries in today’s business environment.


The teachers participated with great interest and enthusiasm. Their active involvement, thoughtful interactions, and willingness to learn made the session truly meaningful and engaging. 📚✨


It was a wonderful experience to share professional knowledge with educators who play an important role in shaping and inspiring the next generation of students.
